Room in friendly house £980 including bills

We're looking for a 4th guy or girl to join us 3 lads!

The flat itself is spread over three floors in a block and is 5 minutes walk to Kennington Park. It's ideal for getting into the city - nearest tubes are 10 mins to Oval, or 15 minutes to Kennington (both Northern line and only 20 mins from the city!). It's a 4-bedroom flat, so you'll be joining myself & 2 other lads. It only has one bathroom, but there is a seperate toilet so we've not really had issues with waiting around.

I'm 29, work in insurance in the city (& WFH twice per week). Outside of work, I enjoy watching a good film or series, pretty much any sport and heading to the pub for a few drinks. Dan is 28 and working in market research/consumer insights, and Joe is 26 and studying animation at UAL. We've all newly moved in together so looking for someone new to join us.

Ideally we're looking for sociable, tidy and friendly housemates who are up for having a good balance between doing our own thing and enjoying the occasional drink, film night or dinner together.

The room is £980 per month, including all bills and a cleaner (who comes once every 2 weeks on a Tuesday). It's available from 11th October.
