I'm a 27 year old professional working in tech looking for a new housemate to join me in a 2 bed flat in Loughborough Junction, perfectly located between the lively spots of Brixton and Camberwell. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, fitness, language learning and travel.
The flat vibe is friendly due to shared living spaces but respectful of space when needed! Having guests over occasionally is fine but ideally kept to once a week or so to respect the shared space. Room is well lit, garden facing and located on a quiet residential road just off Coldharbour Lane meaning supermarkets and a selection of pubs are all within a 10 minute walk. The garden is also spacious and a real benefit in the summer (especially for putting out washing!)
