The flat itself is a 3 bed (all big double rooms) and also comes with a large living room space and a kitchen with a balcony (views of the Shard included!)! The bathroom is also well maintained and spacious. 🤩🌆

£900 without bills (which normally come to around £150), giving a total monthly amount of £1050.

At the moment three 26 year olds, with one moving out to live with her boyfriend, leaving two guys looking for someone to take her place!

We are sociable and spend time outside of the flat as well as chilling together in it, all while also being out for work 3-4 days a week normally.

We’re both very much into sport, meeting up at the pub and generally just sociable, so we’re looking for someone who’d fit that vibe while at the same time being someone that we can chill with in the flat and get to know!🏉⚽️🎾
