Large Double Room in Oval (5 Bed House)

We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our house in Oval from 1st December!
 
The room is a large double with lots of storage, and you’d be living with four guys aged 26–27. The house has 3 bathrooms, a good-sized kitchen and living space, plus a garden, so there’s plenty of room without being on top of each other.
 
📍 Location: Less than a 10-minute walk to Oval tube station and around 10 minutes to Camberwell High Street, with loads of pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops nearby.
 
Who we’re looking for: Someone around a similar age who’s friendly, laidback and sociable, and up for being part of a nice house dynamic – like having a drink together, watching something on the sofa, going to the pub or occasionally doing something as a house!
 
That said, respecting each other’s space and downtime is important too so we’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and will do their bit to keep the house a nice place to live.
 
💷 Rent: £1,050 per month + bills
