The trains go to London Bridge, Victoria, Charing Cross, Blackfriars, Cannon Street, and New Cross in 20-30-40 min. Other train stations such as Lower Sydenham and Beckenham Hill are 22 and 14 minutes away using public transport.
There are busses/night buses to Lewisham, Bromley, Crystal Palace, Holborn, Elephant & Castle, Liverpool Street, Canada Water, Oxford Circus/Street, Woolwich, Croydon, Eltham, and Sidcup. Walking distance of 20-30 min to Lewisham Hospital.

You will share with 2 other people:
-1 bathroom (shower, bath, & toilet);
-1 kitchenette with a small oven with 2 hobs, induction hob, kettel, microwave & fridge freezer, tsble & 2 bar stools, TV;
-no shared living room,
-underfloor heating,
-washing machine,
-nice front and back gardens,
-free street parking spaces.
Bills included are: council tax Band C, electricity, gas, broadband/internet, TV licence, and water.
The only extra pay is for a cleaner-£10 per week as per the other lodgers' agreement.

There are locks on the garden doors, house door and all rooms. Also fire alarms, smoke, carbon monoxide alarms, and fire doors.
