The room is a well-lit, medium-sized double bedroom located upstairs, with a separate bathroom downstairs that's primarily for the lodger's use. The bathroom is primarily for your own use, so you won't be sharing it with me on a daily basis. I may occasionally need access to fill flower buckets for my floristry business, and visiting guests may use it when needed. Otherwise, the bathroom is yours to enjoy.

The bedroom and bathroom are both in excellent condition, with the bedroom being freshly painted before the new lodger moves in.

- Lower Sydenham Station – 15 minutes

Local amenities include a gym, pub, convenience shops, post office and takeaway options, all within easy reach. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and residential.

I'm a 35-year-old tech professional who primarily works from home. I also run a boutique floristry business, which keeps me busy alongside my day job 😊

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis, long walks, running and the occasional Netflix binge.

I'm friendly, easy-going and enjoy a chat, but I also value my personal space and a peaceful home.

**Who I'm looking for**

Ideally, a mature student or working professional who's clean, considerate, independent and respectful of shared spaces.

I'm looking for someone with their own routine who appreciates a relaxed, comfortable home environment.

**Please note:** The room is best suited to someone who works or studies outside the home for most of the week. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for anyone working from home more than 3 days per week.
