Cosy room 9 mins from L.Bridge

I am looking for a professional person to share my home. London Bridge is 9 mins from Ladywell station. The room is small so it may suit you as a mid week only rental but am opening it up for full time for short term too.

I am a friendly professional who has high standards re cleanliness, and respectful living re noise and looking after the home. I have two lovely cats so that may encourage you to respond to this ad or the opposite! (it turns out I'm not allergic to all cats).

I live really near Lewisham hospital so that might be convenient to work for some people. I'm also right on the edge of the park which I really love but I also have a very sweet little garden. I tend to walk from Ladywell station to the flat. The London Bridge train also goes on to Waterloo East and Charing Cross so the flat is very nicely connected to central London.

Looking to share the space with someone who is respectful and considerate. It's important for me that we are also able to have a good chat and get on.
