Loft room with private bathroom next to park

I'm looking for a lodger for a loft room in our spacious victorian 3 bed family house in Blythe Hill (SE6). The room is £850pm inc bills

The house:
Victorian terrace split over three floors on Blythe Hill Lane, a few doors up from the gorgeous Blythe Hill Fields park with panoramic views across London.
Shared kitchen with dishwasher, and dining/lounge room.
The room is a large double room (13x14ft) at the top of the house with exclusive use of your own private bathroom.
There is a lovely south west-facing garden out at the back - green fingers are very welcome!

About us:
It's a family house. I'm a single parent with a 7 year old who is there 50% of the time and two lovely whippets. I am a life coach and ops manager for a disability charity. We are friendly and chatty and we a have our own lives too and enjoy living with someone friendly and independent.
I'm into hiking, swimming and yoga. I can also often be found on the sofa with a book and I love a chat over a cup of tea.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, child and dog friendly, who appreciates some cosy family home vibes. You might be a masters or PhD student or a professional. You'll also need to be able to provide references. Would suit KCL or Goldsmiths students. Open to discussing sharing with another single parent. No couples I'm afraid.

Other key info:
Location: Blythe Hill Fields (SE6) right by the park. A 15 minute walk from both Honor Oak, Catford and Catford Bridge rail stations (access to the Windrush/Overground and national rail into Blackfriars, Farringdon and London Bridge).

Access: The room is on the second floor, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Furniture: The room is offered furnished with a double bed, desk, drawers, and hanging storage. (These are not in the video but they are in the pictures!)
