The house is situated at a 15 minutes walk from Catford Bridge and Catford stations. The house is also well connected to Sydenham and Lewisham. The Bell Green Retail Park is just a 5 minute walk away from the house.

You'll find regular buses across London, and both Thameslink and South Eastern trains accessible from the area.

There is also ample free parking right outside the house and we have a driveway as well.

The room is located on the top floor for extra privacy.

The room is fully furnished with a large triple wardrobe (including a full-length mirror) and a matching tall chest of drawers for ample storage. All the furniture including the mattress is brand new.
