Large double room available in a clean, quiet flat share. The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is plenty of storage and space to make it your own.

The flat is a 9 minute walk to Catford and Catford Bridge stations with trains to:

London Bridge (12 minute journey)
Charing Cross (22 minute journey)
Blackfriars (24 minute journey)

There are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance:

Sainsbury’s Local directly outside the stations (open everyday 7am-11pm)
Tesco Superstore (13 minute walk)
Aldi Superstore (20 minute walk)
Sainsbury’s Superstore (20 minute walk)

There are also plenty of bus stops within 2 minutes walk of the flat making these journeys quicker and easier.

Blythe Hill Fields is a 13 minute walk. I like to picnic here as the park provides amazing views over London.

The Waterlink Way is a 6 minute walk. This is a cycling route connecting many local green spaces. I like to enjoy the 2 hour walk to the beautiful town of Greenwich on weekends.

Marchetti is a 7 minute walk away. Marchetti is a popular cafe with seating in their garden. I like to eat here in the summer and purchase their fresh farm eggs and bread.

There are also plenty of gyms nearby including Pure Gym, The Gym Group and Gym n Go.

I own the flat and I’m looking for a lodger who will take care of my property, is respectful of personal space and who can maintain a clean and peaceful home.
