The house is situated in a residential location about 7 minutes walk to Hither Green Station which is one stop to Lewisham DL and 10 minutes to London Bridge. It is also about 15 minutes walk to Catford and Catford Bridge stations. The night 171 bus stops on the corner of the road and all bus stops are 1-3 minutes walk. There is a local park, library, Co Op, Spar, Tesco, Post Office, Eating Places within a few minutes walk. Catford shopping centre hosts a large Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Aldi, Pret A Manger, Nandos, Costa, KFC, Dominoes Pizza Caribbean, Japanese and many eating and drinking places including McDonalds. There is a local park 3 minutes away which is great for jogging and hosts the yearly Lewisham People's Day event.
SPECIFICATIONS

The house is centrally heated but each room has its own extra oil radiator with a timer for personal use. I am the female 'live in/out landlord' but spend most of my time out of London or UK. I’m a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and nursery assistant, so quite busy as one job is based out of London. I love travelling and often go away for mini and weekend breaks. I love swimming and cycling. You will be sharing with another professional who is a nutritionist, dietician, personal trainer, computer programmer and also works in hospitality. She is also super busy but very kind, calm and friendly and we are both conversationalist. This accommodation is a mature, quiet, happy home for females only. No smokers as this is a non smoking house, no party animals or animals (allergies). No couples, no drama queens and no time wasters. This is a residential home to live in and not a place to crash.
