Hi everyone! We’re looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2 bed / 2 bathroom flat in Greenwich, as I am planning to move in together.

- ⁠Private balcony
- Amazing views over Canary Wharf, central London & Greenwich
- Floor-to-ceiling windows, loads of natural light
- Concierge
- On-site gym (extra cost - I think about £50/month)
- 10 min walk to Greenwich station (DLR & Thameslink – 9 mins into London)
- Close to Greenwich Park, Cutty Sark & Greenwich Market

You’d be living with one other person, Dan, a friendly, social guy who is 30. He works in the office 5 days a week, has a secure job, and is easygoing. Enjoys a pub night or a good movie and is ideally looking for someone he gets on with to keep the flat a nice, enjoyable place to live.
Happy to arrange a coffee or a drink so everyone can meet and see if it feels like a good fit for everyone.

The lease runs until July 2027, so this would be a contract takeover.
The move in date is flexible.
