✨Double room available in Surrey Quays ✨

We’re looking for someone to take over our housemates’ room in Surrey Quays from 1st Sept!

The room is a large double room with it’s own walk in wardrobe. It’s at the back of the house away from the road so very quiet. 🏡

Location 📍
The house is a 10 min walk from Surrey Quays station (overground) and 15 mins from Canada Water (jubilee) so really well connected.

There is a Lidl at the end of the road and a big Tesco a 10 minute walk away. There is also free on-street parking.

You’d be sharing with 3 other girls ages 25/26 we’re all working professionals. Two of us are in office 5 days a week and the other housemate WFH 2 days a week.
We’re all super friendly and sociable. We love a pub trip (we’re reigning champions of our local pub quiz!) and also love a night in watching tv and hanging out!

We are looking for someone in their mid/late 20’s who is clean, friendly and respectful. We’re really looking for someone to be a friend as well as a housemate!

The house itself has a large living room, really spacious kitchen and a sunny garden (complete with furniture and a bbq!) ☀️

💸Rent is £1054 (inc bills and wifi)
