Moving out to live with my partner so looking for a replacement tenant!! £1045 without bills but £1155 including them.

The house is a gorgeous Victorian terrace with large kitchen dining room, large garden, and separate living room. The bedroom is very light and comes with a wardrobe and bed (both purchased by me and less than two years old). Pics are a mixture of current and listing photos.

It is 15 mins to walk to Surrey Quays (Windrush line, night tube), Deptford (Thameslink and Southeastern) and St Johns (Southeastern), with 20 mins to Canada Water (Jubilee line, night tube) and two 24/7 buses 3 mins walk away (the 47 and the 188). Great cycle lanes (and a shed in the garden to put bikes) if you commute by bike. Greenwich and the Thames Path are on the doorstep for fresh air/green space and the Dog & Bell pub is just down the road.

The current flatmates are all professionals (a civil servant, an accountant, and a local government consultant) - everyone is very friendly and the shared areas of the house feel like a home rather than an HMO.
