I'm looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom flat with a garden. This is my home, so I’m hoping to find someone who will treat it like theirs too – clean, easy-going, and kind.

The space is super cozy, full of natural light and plants, with a calm, homey vibe. The available double room comes with a brand-new bed, a desk, and high-speed fibre internet – perfect if you work from home. The living room has a big dining table, a green velvet sofa, and a projector for chilled movie nights. Outside, there’s a lovely garden that’s ideal for relaxing or a bit of outdoor yoga.

🚆Location & transport:
We’re close to Mottingham and New Eltham stations, (10 minutes by bus) with direct trains into Charing Cross, plus great local bus links. Chislehurst is just a short walk away with its cute cafés, restaurants, and a Sainsbury’s.
