We’re looking for people who are chilled, clean, and considerate to move into a single and double room in our warm, welcoming home in New Eltham (Zone 4 – fast trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Cannon Street).

About the House:

🛋️ Cosy large kitchen with TV and a dining table

🚉 10 min walk to New Eltham or Mottinghan station
🛒 Shops, gym, and green spaces nearby

You’ll be sharing the house with professionals and 1 student who are very chilled and respectful and take pride in maintaining a clean environment. The vibe is relaxed and respectful. It’s not a party house, but we’re sociable and very friendly.

Rent for single room: £650 pcm
Rent for double room: £900 pcm
Bills are paid separately and are approx £45 per month

Move-in: 30th June 2026
