SE9 Eltham large room top floor with dressing Rm

Adult male with 2 daughters 18 and 14, We have a double room on the top floor of our spacious house here in SE9 walking distance to Falconwood Station. There is a Large lounge, open plan kitchen, large sunny conservatory reception room and large garden. It is modern clean and updated. We have a cleaner twice a week to help and we would prefer a female ideally. Would be nice to find someone ideally who maybe would like to fit in a little with us socially on occasion rather than room only type. Plenty of privacy too of course. The bedroom offered has an additional dressing room storage room adjacent to it also on the top floor, and so is quite private. We have a small border terrier dog of 3 years tiny little friendly fella. The girls are quite busy with swimming clubs and study after school one 6th form. We live very close to Avery Hill park close also to Falconwood Station walking distance 10 minutes and takes just 23 minutes in to London Bridge or Charring X We don't have an en-suite on top floor but a study area, and a dressing room with a double bedroom.
