It’s a really lovely and beautiful house, but I’ve decided to move out to live with friends, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room 😉

The house is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station. The area is very safe, and I never felt unsafe even when walking home alone late at night.

The room is a furnished double room on the ground floor and is very spacious. There’s enough space to do light exercise, stretching, or even some workouts 🏋️. It comes with a large shelving unit and a wardrobe, so storage is more than sufficient. The foldable desk and chair were mine, but I’m happy to give them to you for free! The room also has its own fridge and oil heater, so you can live very comfortably. (No worries about food being taken by other housemates or squeezing your groceries into a small shared fridge!)

There is one bathroom and toilet on both the ground floor and first floor, separated for men and women. The kitchen and dining area are shared, but they are well equipped with a 5-burner induction hob, two large ovens, and plenty of storage, so even with many housemates, it’s very convenient. There are two washing machines and one dryer. Having two washing machines means no fighting over laundry time, and the dryer is very powerful, so you don’t need to hang clothes to dry 👍The landlord lives elsewhere but comes once a month to clean the shared areas, so you don’t need to clean the kitchen or bathrooms. You can use the washing machines and showers at any time of day.

Right in front of Kidbrooke Station, there’s a park, a gym, and two supermarkets 🥕 (Tesco and Sainsbury’s), as well as a Starbucks ☕️. In the station plaza, food trucks come on a rotating basis, offering international cuisine, coffee, and pastries. There’s also a bus stop just a 5-minute walk from the house, and from there it takes about 15 minutes by bus to reach North Greenwich Station.

Currently, the house is shared by two British women, two British men, and one Italian man.
