I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious, bright room while I am away.

- Available from 1 March 2026, ideally for a minimum stay of 6 months (happy to consider shorter periods with rent adjustments)
- Rent £415 per week + £1660 deposit (for shorter stays, rent £490 per week + deposit to be agreed)
- All utility bills included (gas, water, electricity, council tax, broadband WiFi)
- Excellent WiFi: Gigabit Fibre Broadband
- A large king-size bedroom with a comfortable new mattress
- 2 wardrobes
- 1 large, beautiful full-body mirror
- 1 sizeable desk + 2 chairs
- Linen and towels are also provided

It’s a lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat with a combined living and kitchen area. It features high ceilings, large windows, and all furniture, including kitchen utensils. The flat is in a prestigious building, just a few minutes’ walk from Victoria Station, which is very convenient for the night tube. 👀

The area is safe and charming, with grocery stores just across the street!

My roommate is a very nice, tidy, and relaxed male professional, and we are good at maintaining shared spaces. We share a bathroom with a bathtub. The washing machine and dishwasher are conveniently located in the kitchen, and the living area is spacious with large windows.

I’m mainly looking for a good fit—preferably someone who doesn’t host parties at home. I am seeking a like-minded person who is tidy, respectful, honest, considerate, positive, and takes care of all appliances. If this sounds like you, please drop me a line.
