Looking for Flatmate: 2B2B in Central London

Hi! I’m a student starting my final year of undergrad at KCL this September, looking for a female flatmate between the ages of 19-24. The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath with a modern kitchen and spacious living room, as well as balcony, located in Victoria (very central and with great transport links!). It’s at a prime location to reach UCL / LSE / KCL / Imperial

The flat is fully furnished (more than the photos, those are pre-full furnishing 😆), air conditioned, and is very comfortable. There is also a 24 hour concierge, and the walk from the tube station to the building is very well lit and safe at night. The room on offer is a good sized double room, and you will have your own bathroom. There’s also a washing machine + dishwasher

I am a considerate flatmate and like to keep a clean space, especially in the shared areas - and will absolutely be respectful of your space and quiet. Likewise, am very happy to spend time together!

*My current flatmate is returning to her university outside Central London when she finishes her Industrial Placement year, hence the space opening up
