Lovely cheap room in zone 1 Pimlico

I am leaving London to work away and will sadly be leaving this lovely place! It is a bright Zone 1 double in a really friendly house.

The flat is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk to pimlico underground and 10 mins from Victoria.
We're also about 2 minutes from the Thames and 10 minutes to Battersea Park.

Bills come to ~£90 a month, and we have free unlimited heating and hot water. We also have a dishwasher and washer dryer.
It's a cosy double, with lots of natural light, and comes furnished (including a desk).

The flat itself also has loads of storage, and we have a balcony which gets sun all afternoon in summer.
