Large furnished room available in a spacious 3-bed flat in Victoria, SW1, from 18 September.

I'm moving into another flat nearby and looking for someone to take over my room in the existing tenancy.

The biggest selling point is the location - it's incredibly central, right by Victoria and within walking distance of Westminster, Buckingham Palace, Parliament, St James's Park etc. Victoria Station is only a few minutes away, so connections across London are excellent.

The room is the largest of the three bedrooms and has the best view in the flat, looking out across London towards Vauxhall. It's fully furnished, with plenty of space for a desk/work-from-home setup as well as the sleeping and living area.

The flat itself is around 852 sq ft, so it's much more spacious than most 3-bed flats in this part of London. There's a large separate living room, open kitchen area, bathroom plus separate WC, plenty of storage and lots of natural light.

You'll be living with two guys in their early 20s. Both are really friendly, relaxed, clean and quiet. It's a very easy-going household - everyone gets on well and has their own life, but it's still sociable. Both are non-smokers and there are no pets.

Ideally looking for another young professional/graduate with a similar relaxed, clean and respectful vibe.
