A double room has become available in my home.
Keeping in theme with the house appearance in general, the room is decorated in a theatrical style which you will struggle to find anywhere else. It really does have to be seen to be believed, and the quirky taste is always admired and talked about by anyone who visits the house and has a look around. If you want minimalist clinical surroundings that feel like you are visiting a dental surgery, then you will be disappointed. If you want an inspirational and off-the-wall ambience, then this will certainly tick that box.
The room is furnished with double bed with new mattress, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, and flat screen television with Free-view. The room has direct access to the garden. The entire house has WiFi.
You will have your own en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over bath, wash basin and lavatory.
The kitchen has a small dining table where socialising can also take place, and leads out onto a delightful terrace and small garden that is ideal for those days where the English weather is much kinder.
The house itself is in a superb location. Local amenities include an abundance of bars and restaurants, including the famous "Troubadour", which has good food, wine and live music. There is a coffee place 2 mins walk away and a stone-baked pizza place close to the house. There is a Tesco superstore (Warwick Road) which is a very short bus ride or 10 min walk. The Earl's Court Road which is less than 5 mins walk away is home to M&S, the usual fast food places, and a variety of world cuisines.
Hyde Park, The Embankment and other lovely places to walk/run are all easily reachable by transport or foot, and just behind the house is Brompton Cemetery which is lovely to walk through or just relax in.
Fulham Broadway/North End Road are nearby which have additional shops, bars and eateries, and there is a good road-side market at North End Road.
The house would suit a quiet student/responsible professional. I will be more than happy to have a meal/drink/chat together, however your privacy will also be fully respected by way of courtesy and consideration.

Earls Court station (Zone 1/2 border) which is 5 mins walk, is served by the District (trains to all branches) and Piccadilly lines (trains to all branches).
West Brompton station (Zone 2) which is also 5 mins walk is served by the District line (Wimbledon branch) and Overground services running between Clapham Junction (7 mins journey time) and Stratford, and also Southern services running between Croydon and Milton Keynes.
