Two cabins are available to rent on a houseboat moored on the south bank of the Thames between Vauxhall and Chelsea bridges. The Newark is a converted Thames lighter barge with a spacious shared living area as well as a large outside deck area with great views and established plants.

This would suit an independent young professional who would appreciate the charm of living on the river. All bills are included(apart from broadband), there is a lovely and welcoming communal lounge and a large sun deck for the flatmates. The room has a double bed though it is really quite small with limited storage hence the low price for zone 1 all inc. Current residents also include a house cat who lives between the two boats on Tideway Village Moorings. The house boat has three full bathrooms and a cleaner included who visits every week. Bed can be enlarged is double is preferred.
