Double room in shared flat by the river

There’s a good-sized, recently refurbished room with double bed going in our friendly, tidy flat. We are two males looking for a third to complete the household.
There is a good-sized lounge and also balcony for communal use.
We are in an excellent location for buses (C3, 295, 44/N44, 87/N87, 39, 156, 37, 170) all within easy reach on foot, Wandsworth Town and Clapham Junction train stations within 5-10 mins walk and not far from Northern and District Lines.
Excellent food shopping options (2 large Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Waitrose) all nearby, as well as small, local supermarkets.
2 mins walk to the river for scenic walking and jogging.

Plenty of opportunity to have privacy and your own space, as well as socialise and enjoy the odd meal together.
The amount for monthly bills per person is £81.60.

***It is vital that whoever takes the room is prepared to contribute to the cleaning of the flat. It is a shared responsibility and the tasks must be distributed evenly, not left to any particular housemate. An hour of proper cleaning a week by all is normally sufficient to keep the flat tidy and presentable to the landlord on the odd occasion he drops by. The balcony can be used for l smoking cigarettes, but no illicit substances. Thanks 🙏
