I'm looking for a flatmate to share my furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Nine Elms, just a few minutes' walk from Battersea Power Station and the American Embassy.

The flat is a modern new build, really bright and spacious. The available room is a large double with your own private bathroom and access to the balcony. Rent is £1,800 per month, excluding bills.

The location is great. Battersea Power Station is about a 6-minute walk, and Nine Elms and Vauxhall stations are both around 15 minutes away. There's also a bus stop just 2 minutes from the building, and Embassy Gardens is only a 3 minute walk.

Everything you need is nearby M&S, Sainsbury's, Battersea Shopping Centre, loads of cafés, bars, and restaurants. Battersea Park is also only about a 15 minute walk away.

The building has some really nice amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, residents' team, super fast fibre broadband, a gym, cinema room, residents' lounge, and a co-working space with meeting rooms and a coffee machine. The flat has Smeg kitchen appliances, air conditioning/climate control throughout, and there's secure parking available if you need it (at an extra cost). There's also a residents' app that makes reporting maintenance and repairs really easy.
