3 rooms are available in this stunning 4 bed, 3 story house just a minute walk from Clapham Common.

Brad is looking for 3 new housemates to move in on 15th June (one of these rooms is flexible to between 15th June and 1st July if needed).

Deposit is split equally: £1695pp
Bills: not included £200ish pp

There are 2 bathrooms (one shower, one bath).

Both rooms pictured are on the 1st floor. Pictures for the 2nd floor room will be added this week (flexible move date as stated above).

Brad is a 32 year old who works in finance and enjoys running, tennis, football (a Villa fan), cycling and using his friends staff travel to book last minute flights. He recently beautified (de-weeded) our garden and knows his way around a BBQ. Highly recommend him as a housemate. He’s keen to get likeminded people in who would be keen for a beer/the football/like socialising as a house (football isn’t mandatory - I’ve avoided this for 2 years).

He’s away this week (18th May) hence me organising viewings. We’re looking to do viewings the week of 25th May and keen to move forwards with finding new housemates for Brad as soon as possible.
