Beautiful room in Clapham - short-term let

I’m moving to Australia in November, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our beautiful house just off Clapham Common!

📍 Amazing location

• 10 mins walk to Clapham South 🚇

• 15 mins walk to Clapham Junction 🚇

• Just off Clapham Common 🌿

• Loads of lovely pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops nearby

The house is beauutiful, spacious and homely, with great communal space and garden and you’ll get to live with the loveliest girls! It’s a really friendly, relaxed house and I absolutely love living here!

The room will come furnished and ready to move into.

Deposit £400

📅 Short-term stay

The room would be available from November until around mid-January, so it’s ideal if you’re looking for somewhere for a few months without committing to a long-term tenancy.

I’m flexible on the exact move-in date and could potentially move out earlier if needed.

💷 £1,050 pcm + bills (around £90pm)

The new tenant would essentially take over my place on the existing tenancy for the remaining term.
