Hi,
If you are interested in a Mondat to Friday rental then we are in zone 2, and have a spare double room.
The the two bed flat is in Clapham South, around the corner from the tube station (direct to Bank tube station) and it is just off Clapham Common. with a short walk to both Balham or Wandsworth over ground.
I teach part time and sometimes tutor from home during the day.
We have a double furnished room and you would have use of your own shower and toilet. There is a kitchen diner, with dishwasher and of course a washng machine.
Bills and broadband are included and there is a small garden to sit in - if it ever stops raining!
£650pcm.
The ideal person we are looking for is a mature professional who will work from their place of work daily. It is a Mon-FRI let but there might be some flexibilty on the days as we go forward.
