Hello, I am looking to rent part of my 3 bed house due to relocation abroad. The house share includes a double master bedroom and a second double room, rest of areas, garden and garage are in shared use. House has two bathrooms: main one with bathtub/shower upstairs next to the bedrooms (not ensuite) and a small toilet/shower room downstairs. It is offered furnished. Ample storage space. My 68 yo mother, a friendly retired professional, lives in one of the bedrooms, the other two are being let for min 6 months, preferably to a professional couple, or a parent with a child/children. Nice, clean house and beautiful family friendly areas close to Putney, Richmond and Barnes amenities. We have two lovely cats so sadly cannot accept other pets. Price range £1,500 - 1,900 pcm plus shared bills for both the rooms, negotiable depending on the terms of the arrangement. Cleaning twice a month included.
