Our lovely flatmate is moving out as she has bought her own flat! We are looking for another professional girl who values a clean home, is considerate, and would want to be friends and not just flatmates, whilst also respecting each other’s individual time and space.

The flat is in a lovely residential location on the 1st floor of a small block of Edwardian mansion flats. It has recently been redecorated throughout. We have our own balcony and a shared garden which gets lots of sunlight! There is also room for bike storage outside. The flat itself is airy and bright with very high ceilings and surrounded by green spaces.

The double room is part-furnished with a huge wardrobe and will have a new bed too. Room easily fits a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk if you WFH. Large window overlooks the garden means it’s very peaceful and your room gets sunlight throughout the day.

🏞️Area
We are based in the heart of East Sheen with excellent public transport connections. 10 min walk to Mortlake station which gets you to Waterloo in 25mins, as well as several bus routes on our doorstep that get you to Richmond, Barnes, Putney, and Clapham very quickly and have access to district/overground lines. Supermarkets (Tesco and a big Waitrose) are all down the road, including plenty of independent grocers, bakeries, pubs & restaurants. Richmond Park is 10mins away, as well as lovely scenic river walks.
