Spacious double room in lovely East Sheen flat

I’m looking for a friendly, sociable female to join me in East Sheen. Someone who’d enjoy watching TV together, sharing meals, and exploring the local area.

I’ve lived in the flat for 5 years and now my housemate is moving back home to Scotland. We’ve really loved our time and I’m looking to continue the homely, lovely feel.

The room is spacious with an existing built in wardrobe and can come unfurnished or, at a reasonable price with a double bed and mattress, two side tables, a set of drawers and dressing table (all pictured).

The flat has a large living room and separate kitchen/diner. There’s plenty of space for two to work from home and a balcony that gets lots of afternoon sun. In the summer we often enjoy drinks outside with neighbours of a similar age.

It’s located just a 7 minute walk from Mortlake station (25 minutes to Waterloo) and only 3 minutes from bus stops with routes to Putney, Clapham, and Richmond.

On the door step are many cafés, pubs, and shops such as Waitrose, Tesco Express, and Boots. We’re also just a 10 minute walk from Richmond Park, East Sheen Common, and the Thames Path.

A bit about me: I’m 33 and work for a local council, mostly 3 days from home and 2 in the office. In the evenings, I like cooking, relaxing with a good series, or staying active with a local running club. On weekends, I’m often at parkrun, catching up with friends or family and at the football.

The rent is £925 and would run for the length of the lease (1st June 2026 - 31st May 2027). Bills are around £200-250 each month
