We have one beautiful double room for rent. The room is unusually large for a rental flat because it’s in a mansion block and offers a lot of advantages:

The area is beautiful (Putney Village) and you will be surrounded by greenery, Putney Heath, Wimbledon common (5 mins walk) and Richmond Park (15 mins walk). Putney highstreet, overground station (15 mins into waterloo) and tube station (district line) are simply a 20 minutes walk away or 3 stops on the bus.

We have a local country pub, the Telegraph with a stunning beer garden as well as the Green Man pub.

The flat itself consists of a spacious reception hall, a big living room (including tv), separate good size kitchen (all appliances fitted, washing drying machine), main bathroom (with a bath), second toilet and 3 bedrooms. A 3-bedroom flat of about 1000 sq ft / 90 sq meters.

The bedroom available to rent is of very good size; a bright and airy double room. It is fully furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror.

The bills per person for the property / flat accumulate to approx £95 per month in summer and £105 per month in winter.
