My name is Jake, I am a 28 year old professional along with my friends Thomas ,Richard and Anita (25 and 26) who have just finished their last year of university at Roehampton as did I (a fair few years back!) and are in full time professional employment. This is my fourth year of using spare room to find a professional/grad and therefore experienced in the process, rest assured!

Both Richard and Anita are relocating to be closer to their jobs and family.

We are looking for a 4th member to join us to move into this fantastic value house. It boasts a spacious shared front room, a large private garden and a beautiful kitchen, freshly laid carpet, new fridge as is the washing machine, dryer, oven, shower and boiler. (Great for energy costs)

Great transport links. Barnes station is a 10 minute walk away, 5 on the bus, with links to all of London. Central being 20-25 mins.

I am originally from Kent, so Richmond park, which is a 5 minute walk from the house, will be a regular destination. We love London and nature and so this is great location for us.

We are very easy-going, laid-back lads, who enjoy a variety of things in our downtime. Smokers are welcome, but open the windows please 😊

We are all social and so a trip to the pub is on the cards, but equally we all appreciate our own space as well. So perfect for either an extrovert or an introvert.
