Newly refurbished flat with brand new kitchen & top of the range amenities & brand new shower & bathroom units. Electric sockets come with usb ports. Each room has a new smart tv & new beds & furniture.
I have a cat, Nina.
Bills are included & we have a lovely cleaner.

There is a nice furnished living room with a lovely view that’s available for your use.
The flat is off upper Richmond Road. Near Barnes station (2 bus stops or 10 min walk) I use East Putney Tube, I take a bus 337. When there’s no traffic it takes 10 mins but in traffic can be 20 minutes. Also near Putney overhead & the high street

The flat is also conveniently located to Roehampton university (main entrance) & Queen Mary’s hospital & the bus 493 from across the road goes to St George’s hospital Tooting,

PS. A bit about me. I’m an artist & do short courses at Morley College.

What I’m looking for;
Ideally an independent person - either a student or professional who works in an office (no WFH)- who is likely to stay at least an academic year.

If you cook from fresh daily or fry a lot this flat won’t suit you as the kitchen is small & smells tend to linger all day,

If you’re not using the dishwasher the rent is £25 pm less

Rent is also reduced by £25 pm for FT students if you can provide a letter from your university confirming your FT status,

If you are allergic to cats or don’t like animals this place will not suit you

The cleaner comes every other week to clean communal areas & if your door is left open will clean your room & change your sheets. This is not part of your rent but a complimentary service at my expense.
