I'm looking for a kind, respectful, and responsible person to take over my room in a friendly 6-bedroom house with a garden.

Available from: 19th August 2026

The tenancy will be arranged directly with the landlady.

Rent & Bills

- Rent is paid monthly to the landlady. Which is 580 currently!
- I have already paid the council tax and water bills for the year, so there will be a one-time upfront reimbursement of £265 payable to me. (If you leave early you can take it from next person ill provide with deatiled bills etc.)
- Electricity is billed separately each month based on usage and usually comes to around £35–£40 per month.

About the House

The house has excellent bus connections to the District Line and South Western Railway, and we're very close to Richmond Park.

As it's a shared 6-bedroom house, we follow a cleaning rota to keep the shared spaces tidy. This is a quiet, respectful home with 5 other lovely flatmates.
