3-Month Sublet (April–July) Near Richmond Park

Hello everyone!

I’m looking for a kind, respectful person to sublet my room in a 6-bed house with a garden.

Availability: 3rd April – 1st July (Flexible if you wanna leave before 1st July).

I’ll be leaving the country for 3 months, so this is strictly a temporary sublet. Once I return, the room will no longer be available.

The sublet will be arranged directly with me. Rent and bills will be paid to me
monthly. There will not be any of my belongings, however, if you want i can leave some required items.

The house has great bus connections to the District line and South Western Railway, and we’re very close to Richmond Park.

- Bed
- Wardrobe
- Small chest of drawers
- Desk & chair
- Bookshelves
- Whiteboard

About the House

It’s a 6-bed house, so cleanliness and consideration are important. We follow a cleaning rota to keep shared spaces tidy.

The house includes:
- Central heating
- Washer/dryer
- 2 fridges
- TV in the living room
- 2 bathrooms
- Garden

Someone respectful, clean, and responsible. This isn’t a party house; we value a peaceful and considerate environment.
