The lounge

I'm looking for someone to take over a lovely large double bedroom with its own en-suite, as my housemate is moving out.

The room:

• Large double bed and big windows (lots of light!)
• Massive wardrobe, under-bed storage and storage drawers
• TV mounted on the wall

The en-suite:

• Very spacious, with a standing shower, sink and storage

The flat:
Tidy flat with high ceilings, a massive terrace that's perfect for summer BBQs, a few drinks, and hanging out with friends. Council tax is Wandsworth (the cheapest!).

Location:

• 1 min walk to 4 bus stops, with Putney just 15 mins away
• Takeaways and shops right on the doorstep
• 10–15 min walk to Barnes station
• 10 min walk to Richmond Park, great for a cycle or a lazy day out

About you:
I'm looking for someone easy-going and friendly who has their own hobbies and enjoys their own space, but is also up for a chat, dinner, a night out or a Netflix night now and then. Clean and respectful is a must!
