The room will come furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and a desk. The room has lovely private balcony and is very quiet.
The price includes ALL bills and as I am the owner of the house you will be renting directly from me with no hidden fees or agency charges etc..

The house is a 4 minute walk to bus stop 85, 265, and K3 buses which easily connects you to Putney, Kingston, New Malden and various mainline train and Tube stations.

The Kingston Vale area is one of the most beautiful green areas in London, peaceful, quiet and surrounded by Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common.

The house has 3 large bathrooms with walk-in showers, and a large kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, 2 large fridges and a separate freezer, microwave etc..)
Also each person has their own individual cupboard space in the kitchen.
The back garden is very large and well maintained and is for all to enjoy.

There's ample parking space too if you have a car.

Nearby there is a 24 hour ASDA which is a couple of bus stop away, and a Tesco four bus stops away. Kingston Town centre and Putney high street are close and easily accessible for restaurants, shops and nightlife..

A cleaner will professionally clean all the communal areas and bathrooms once a week (included in the room price), all bills are included and super fast fibre broadband is provided for free throughout the house.

These rooms are ideal for professionals working in nearby Kingston/Putney/Wimbledon/Surrey/Richmond and Wandsworth areas, and even those working in central London as Waterloo station is 45 minutes away door to door.

The current housemates are all working professionals.

I am looking for clean and tidy people, who are friendly, but also respect the privacy of the other housemates and the peaceful atmosphere of the house. The room is for single occupancy only.
