6-7 minute walk from Tulse Hill station with direct line to London Bridge and Thames Link, easy bus to brixton or 10 minute walk to Brockwell Park, Streatham Hill, Herne Hill, West Norwood and Dulwich. There's free on road parking outside too if you drive.
The flat has become a bit of a jungle, helped along by the addition of a new balcony - so hope you like a bit of greenery please water the plants!
The flat’s kept pretty clean/tidy so looking to live with someone who likes the same and will look after it.
