A recently refurbished small double room is available in my clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home. The room has brand-new carpet and furniture, creating a fresh, cosy, and welcoming space to relax after a busy day.

The kitchen has also been recently refurbished and is kept clean, organised, and well looked after. I take pride in maintaining a tidy and peaceful home and am looking for a lodger who will enjoy and help maintain the same environment. There is a simple cleaning rota to ensure the communal areas remain pleasant and comfortable for everyone.

The flat is located in a secure, modern building with a concierge service, providing added convenience by accepting parcels when you’re not home. The building also benefits from CCTV and secure entry for additional peace of mind.

The property is just a 6–10 minute walk from Norbury Station, making commuting easy. A variety of shops, supermarkets, cafés, and several halal restaurants are all within walking distance, so everything you need is close by.

I am looking for a Muslim female lodger who will feel comfortable living in a halal household. No pork or alcohol is permitted in the home. Whether you are practising or non-practising is entirely your personal choice; what matters most is that you are Muslim, respectful of an Islamic home, and considerate of the shared living space.
