Small Double Room for Muslim female

I am looking to rent out my spare room to a Muslim female preferably..
It is a small double room with a wardrobe and chest or drawers with a small double bed.
The room is located in a quiet apartment block.

The rent is £650 per month and the tenant would have to pay their share in the electric bills as I have found that when the bills are included the tenants are not mindful.
I am getting messages asking how much the bills would be, well common sense says it depends on usage, I cannot predict if you are going to leave the light on or heating on all weekend. I do not waste electricity so I can only predict my current usage .

I am looking preferably for a Muslim female as it would just be easier as I am a muslim and I wouldn’t want to be uncomfortable in my own home. I will not allow pork or alcohol into my home.

I wake up early for prayers and that would disturb a non Muslim.

I am a clean and tidy person and would expect the same from my tenant.

I have had a lovely junior doctor as my tenant for the past 4 weeks and she has been a pleasure to have her and she has set the standards high for future tenants😊
