Hello, I am the owner of the flat, but i live abroad.
I am looking for a CLEAN ,RELIABLE AND RESPECTFUL person, I am not excluding to rent the whole flat to a couple. ( the price is referring to a double room )
The flat is a 4 min walking distance to Norbury Station, in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Trains are running every 15min, reaching Balham in 8minutes, Victoria in 20minutes and London Bridge in 35minutes, plenty of busses.
Main road at 3 minutes walking plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
The flat is clean, cosy and spacious, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
My priority is to find a clean and calm person or a couple to enjoy tranquillity when at home.
