Largely, the property will be yours to enjoy to yourself as I'll be splitting my time between here and at my girlfriends place, so a housemate who doesn't mind a quiet home would be great!
The tenancy agreement is locked at £1900pcm until August 2025, so whoever comes in would need to be happy to sign on for that length. I'm also in the smaller room so that's how we've split rent £1000/£900.
It's a really lovely home, I've been here for a year and a month already, it's spacious enough for desk space either in a bedroom, or in the living area (your choice!) and our neighbours are all super friendly and helpful.
The transport links are great - less than 10 minutes by bus to tooting bec or broadway. Less than 10 minute walk to Streatham Train line and 15 minutes by bus to Brixton for a fun evening out!
