Double Bed with OWN bathrooom Tooting/Furzedown

The bedroom

Hi all!

My name's Eleanor and I am looking for a flatmate to take this big bedroom in my flat. It's got a double bed, and still got space left, looking out onto garden, with two windows letting a lot of light in. But with black out lining curtains so you can lie in if you want.
Me and current flatmate share a seperate bathroom, and you get to have your own!
Inside the flat we'll share a small living room, with tv and dining space.
The kitchen is also small but nice, I like to cook and occasionally bake. Teni also cooks her own food most of the time.
The gardens are a work in progress, if you like gardening feel free to join in.
I'm at home a lot, so looking for people with hybrid working at least with preference to on-site jobs.

TRANSPORT

The bus stop is practically (but thankfully not actually) on the doorstep. Takes like 5-10 on the bus to Tooting Broadway (northern line). The 127, 333, and 57 are on the road, with the 201 around the corner.
333 takes you right into the centre or to victoria line brixton.
Tooting mainline station is just over 10 minutes walk away. To walk to Tooting Broadway takes me like 20 minutes but I'm a pretty slow walker - friends have done it quicker.
Parking on the street is free but no guaranteed spaces.

OTHER STUFF

As for the person I'm hoping for an easy going human who's friendly, decent to others and just happy to let everyone be themselves.

In my downtime I like to read, or do some art as well as watch TV. I now regularly go to Tooting Bec Lido, which is about 20 minutes away so please feel free to join.

Overall I am quite happy with company as well as without but want to get along with any flatmates. Home is recharge space for me, so looking for that kind of vibe.

No smokers, sorry.

IMPORTANT STUFF

Bills (water, gas, electric) will be split up by how many people are living in the flat - so by three.
Wandsworth council tax Band C and wifi to be covered by me/included.

Prefer to live with other girls overal based on my renting days, but have had male flatmates before.
