Pretty, bright 2-bed garden flat w parking

I’m looking for professionals to rent my flat in Streatham. Please note it’s not a house share so you’d be renting the whole place :) It has two bedrooms, one double and one king, with a bright split-level kitchen and lounge. The bathroom is newly refurbed to a high standard, with a walk-in shower and separate bath. The flat is fully furnished, but we can be flexible on some smaller furniture. Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and space for a desk and chair.

The garden is big sunny, and it backs onto woodland which means you’re not overlooked by many other buildings. The street is very quiet (it’s a school street with a doctors surgery at the top), but it’s only a 5-min walk to Streatham station, plus Aldi, M&S and Big Tesco. Commute into central London is super easy with direct trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon, KGX every 15 mins and direct to London Bridge every 30 (once you switch to thameslink you never go back 😂). You’re also a short bus ride from Tooting, Balham and Clapham and buses come every few mins.
