A bit about myself, I’m quite a sociable person who goes into the office 2-3 days a week. I’m fairly active so usually at the gym or out with friends during the week/weekend but enjoy a bit of downtime too! I’m looking for a clean & friendly lodger to rent out to.
The house is set over 3 floors and has 3 double bedrooms (one is a guest room) and a study with an outhouse in the garden. Street parking is free. Rent includes all bills.
The house is well situated - 10mins walk to Streatham Hill (Southern line to Victoria), 15mins walk to Streatham (Thameslink), 25-30 min walk to Balham or 15 min bus to Brixton/Tooting Bec tube station so quite well connected.
