Room in homely flat in Tooting / Streatham

Hello!

I am renting out a room in my flat in Tooting Bec / Streatham hill (it is equidistant from both stations). I am 29 and a professional working in sales. Although my job is quite busy, I am big into fitness and also love cooking / exploring new restaurants with friends. I would love to be able to build friendship with my housemate, but also respect each others space.

In terms of location, the flat has good transport links and is in a lovely residential and safe area. The room isn't huge, but has a double bed. The kitchen is well set with coffee machine, nutribullet etc. The flat is close to tooting common and the lido which is handy!

Council tax band C
Tooting Bec station - 18 minute walk
Streatham common - 12/13 minute walk

The price is not inclusive of bills which will be c.£120

My housemate is moving out mid October, but some flex on dates.
