We are Max, Joe and Ronan. We're looking for a fun, sociable, down-to-earth person to join our large flat in Streatham Hill around the End of November,

About Us
There are three gents seeking a male or female to join.
Max (27) Joe (28) and Ronan (35).
We all work in different sectors from in Finance and Sales.

All of us have a sports-centric mindset and are very driven with proactive lifestyles. We all enjoy a drink and have a healthy work-hard-play-hard attitude to life but are all respectful to each other and know not to bring the party home.

Our Ideal Housemate:
We are looking for another Guy or Girl to keep the balance in the house but either are welcome to message.
The ideal person will enjoy socialising have an ambitious charismatic personality and is a team player who understands the house-share vibe.
We are keen to find someone who would enjoy participating in Games night, pub quizzes and team sports.

We are all pretty chilled, but like to keep a clean house so we hope this appeals.

About the Flat
Guaranteed the largest flat in SW London for the price. We have a large communal kitchen with a full fitted commercial size cooker plus a HUGE spacious living room and a bathroom with a power shower and jacuzzi bath.

About The Room:
Modest size Double Room with fitted wardrobes, mirrored cupboard and a chest of drawers with enough room for a desk and TV.

About the Area
The flat is in Streatham Hill.
We are less than a 1-minute walk to Streatham Hill Station and a 10 min bus ride into Brixton.
All bills are included this also covers Toilet Roll! Plus a cleaner for the communal areas.

Flexible from the End of November
