Sunny double bedroom near Streatham and amenities

Lovely welcoming furnished double room overlooking the garden in a quiet friendly street close to amenities and transport.
The room has plenty of storage and looks onto the garden so nice and quiet.
It is on the first floor, the bathroom is just next door as is the second sitting room with TV etc.
I am a single woman in my late 40s with two (very friendly- if shy) cats. I work from home as a freelancer and part-time student.
I am an introverted extrovert so genuinely love socialising but also need my quiet time. I will occasionally dance around to really cheesy music. I’m disciplined enough (and embarrassed enough) to do that when you’re out out of the house! But feel free to join in…
I keep a clean and tidy house but I’ll leave you to look after your room as it’s your own space.
In terms of hobbies: I do love my food and occasionally pretend I know how to cook. I’m typically studying, working on my next craft projects, or watching laugh-out loud bad films.
I’m incredibly curious so if you have a job/ hobby / background I know nothing about, I’ll ask you lots of questions. I’m part French but brought up in Italy so extra bonus if you speak those languages!
I genuinely value trust and “no drama” and more than happy
providing character references so you feel comfortable moving into my home.

We’ll share a kitchen but there are two sitting rooms and two bathrooms. It’s not “exclusive use” but there’s room for “your space “ and “my space ». I typically keep myself to my space so you will be more than able to chill out in one sitting room without being disturbed.

The street is very safe and the neighbours are all friendly and quiet. There’s a Big garden by London standards. It’s all very chilled!
