We have two rooms available in our house by Tooting Common.
-Large Double room with en-suite available 5th June.
-Double room available 5th July

We’re 2 girls aged 28-30 looking for someone to take over the tenancy of our two housemates moving in with their boyfriends. Our landlord has agreed to renew our contract with no increase in rent.

LARGE EN-SUITE
Has a built in wardrobe and area for an office space or lounge area. It’s extremely large and the cleaner cleans the bathroom once a fortnight.

DOUBLE ROOM
Double room with built in wardrobe and shares a bathroom with 1 girl.

Bills are £100 a month which include a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

We have an open plan lounge and kitchen area and free parking. We’re just off Moyser road which features several cafes, bakeries, breweries, pizza restaurant and Budgens and Nisa. We’re also a few minutes away from tooting common where we spend our summers sunbathing and hanging out.

The closest tube station is Tooting Bec and we have several train stations nearby including Streatham and Streatham common.

A bit about us: we’re two friends who enjoy a friendly and sociable home. We’re looking for someone like-minded who’d be happy to occasionally hang out whether that’s going to the pub, watching films in the evening, or just having a chat in the kitchen. We all have our own friends too, but we do enjoy spending time together at home when we’re around and doing things together.
