Our home is a modern 5-bedroom house spread across three floors, with 3 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, a large kitchen-diner, and a beautiful garden—offering ample privacy and room to relax

• Your room is on the ground floor, fully furnished with a desk, new mattress, sofa, and boasts its own bathroom.

• The kitchen is fully equipped and strictly vegetarian/vegan only.

• Enjoy high-speed broadband, a full Virgin TV package, and all bills included—council tax covered as well.

• Bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating and high-pressure showers.

• The house is regularly cleaned and essentials like toilet paper, washing up liquid, and basic cooking ingredients are provided.

ABOUT US 👩‍💼👨‍💼
I’m a 57-year-old professional (NHS worker, mostly out during the week), and the other lodger is a carer under 30 out at work most days—making for a quiet, respectful atmosphere.

THE LOCATION 🏘️
Just a 5-minute walk to Norbury station (Zone 3—quick links to central London) and 1 minute from the high street with excellent amenities and a 24-hour gym.
